Description
Blind cat, large puppet dressed in cotton fabrics, composed of five articulated and hand-decorated terracotta pieces (from the ‘The Adventures of Pinocchio’ series narrated by the Florentine writer Carlo Collodi). The cat, whom Pinocchio has repeatedly encountered throughout history, is a blind cat who is always accompanied by a lame fox. These two criminals the first time deceive the young puppet with the promise to make him an actor and then sell him to the terrible puppeteer Mangiafuoco. The second time instead invite him to go to the land of toys where then the puppet will meet Lucignolo, in short two characters, who will induce the puppet to impure temptations over and over again.
